Charging Nicads

I was wondering if anyone here has a formula for figuring out how long to charge nicad batteries, based on their capacity and the stength of the charger etc. I use a couple different size batteries, but only have one type of charger (standard wall plug in charger).

Also, does anyone have any reccomendations for fast chargers for 4.8v batteries?
