I'd start with Tom's throws on the "setup" page of F3X. Note how so many 3m ships have similar settings - as TC points out. Start there, tune to suit.

I'll measure mine tommorrow night and let you know seems ok maybe a little less elevator, but I do like my flick manouvres!! :D
