Just got myself one of these but I'm still a relative newbie and before I
dare use it I need to get something straight in my head.
I understand that each model has a receiver which is bound to a particular
model memory in the TX and if I have the TX set to model 1 but I turn on
model 2, the TX will not connect to the receiver and flight will not be
possible.
My model 1 is a T-rex 450SE and my model 2 is a Raptor 30. What if I have
the TX inadvertantly set to model 2 (Raptor) and I want to fly model 1
(T-rex)
I turn on the TX and switch on throttle hold. I then connect the model
batteries and wait for the giro to initialise but because I have the wrong
model number on the TX, the receiver will not connect. Do I now have a
"live" model with no connection to the TX or is there some sort of safety
which will not allow the throttle to open without a TX connection?
