Guys, Just got an Ultra Light Helicotper. its a Revolution Mini 500 Helicopter.
Just want to test its Reliability before actually Riding that Chopper.
Been Thinking of Converting this to RC Helicopter.
I've seen this Commercial/Industrial Servo use for RPV project:....its just expensive cost more than USD 500 each.

Been thinking of Modifying a Regular Futaba Servo by just adding a High Power DC Motor amplifier, might use a 12 Volts Motor.
Here is the Video of my Mini-500 Helicopter, show yoiu how I Dis-assembly it......it look easy to convert this to RC, just need to add three servo to its Swashplate, and use a 90 degree CCPM mixing.
