I have this charger:

I wanted to use a laptop power supply to power the thing when I am at home. It says input voltage 10.5-15V, 3A. In the manual it says 3A minimum. The only 2 power supplies I have are rated:
12V 2.5A
or
16.5V 3.36A
I would rather use the 12V one because the other one is still in use. Will it work? I don't plan on charging at the full 2A since I think most of my batteries will be 1500magh or less. If not, any other cheap suggestions? I have some old computer power supplies(I'm sorta the company IT guy) but that seamed more complicated, and will lead to more bothersome questions from me :D
