Using Cooling Fan Controller for the Brushless CD-Rom motor

Hi

I first posted this to "Electric Motor Design and Construction" and then a guy suggested this forum for this type of question.

Anyway, I am trying to find a method to run a BLDC motor at full throttle without need of the ESC and Receiver. I just want to run this at full throttle, so looking for a electric controller which connects directly with battery and run the motor at full speed.

I tried to search on the internet for such controller, but don't seems to find a one which already exists. So, now I am trying to build my own and I need from the electronics' Guru. Any ideas, diagrams or links are highly appreciated.

I see some of this mechanism is already there in the cooling fans of the CPU and power-supply. Is it possible to customize that controller to run the cd-rom BLCD?

After input from others, I see that my FAN controller is a two phase controller (bi-polar), now I need to how I should wind my CD-ROM motor to get work with that controller (to get good speed and torque).

Fan motors are usually four phase, not two phase.

A small muffin fan motor controller will only hadle a hundred milliamps or so. This will work ok if you're building a small R/C boat, but not for much else.
