Well, I was out from the end of June, did something whacky... got married on the 30th.

Went on a week long Carnival cruise to the Mexican Rivera on the Pride (that is one huge ship). I didn't get seasick but it was uncomfortable until I fell asleep that first night, then it rocked me to sleep like a baby. I slept awesome the whole trip. I was going to take pictures of the whole ship in case anyone wanted to model her, but my new wife had other ideas of how the days should go by.

Got back, everything was a disaster. Didn't get even remotely caught up until this last weekend. So, I can tune in a bit more now.

Any hot threads I should read while I was gone? :D

Now I can put my conversion project back into some semblance of order, it disappeared under a pile of wedding projects... I think it's still under there someplace. Might have to call out the Coast Guard to do SAR...

She doesn't understand it the way Mrs. Toes does, but she tolerates it... :D

I can think of all kinds of good advice for you! None of which you'd want to hear, and if she's even sort of computer literate, I will NEVER post where she can see it! You get the congratulations! She gets the condolences...
(I am stupid, but I ain't that stupid! - lol)

[Pssst! - if you make it past that, you got it made, so you better take care of her!]

Now, now Tom, be nice, he was on his HONEYMOON---. I'm sure he was occupied with "other" things---. :D

No, we had plenty of time to see MOST of the available decks of the ship.

Thank you everyone for the well wishes. Now if I can get through the mile long "Honeydo" list, I might actually be able to get BACK to my hobbies rather than live vicariously through all your experiences.

I have a half finished conversion to finish... :p

That "HoneyDo" nevers ends...you just have to fit the boat building in...or like me, I try to take my HoneyDo projects into my boat shop..."yes dear I am almost finished your project...ha ha!

Congrats...I feel ya man...got hitched a few months back myself...but I found out after I got her a boat of her own that she likes to do this too. Not so much the building, I think it is a little too much for her right now, but she likes to sail the boats. It's great when stuff like that happens...plus you can spend money on RC a little easier... :D
