How does it see cell voltages in a lipo pack? Is there a stand-alone balancer, or do you plug the lipo balance connector into the charger?

Parameters
1. 1-18S NiCD/NiNH, 2-6S LiPo/Lilon/EMoLi batteres can be charged and the highest charging voltage is 32V
2. Charging current shall be 0.1-5A with the maximum power of 100W and setting of adjustable charging current is 0.1A.
3. The range of discharging is from 0.1 to 3A with the maximum power of 25W and setting of adjustable discharging is 0.1A.
4. Resolution of voltage detection for battery is 1mV.
5. Fineness of cell voltage for lithium battery is 0.1%.
6. Resolution of temperature detection is 0.1°C
7. Power conversion efficiency can be up to 94%.
8. Input voltage range is from 11 to 18V.
9. The maximum of charging capacity can be 9900mAH.

when you are charging one li-po, you can click ">" button to see every cells voltage. we have put the balancer into the charger already.
