What level of skill would you say you need to build and fly this plane? I have built several Foamies and I am currently flying a electristar with no issues (well my lands need improvement). Whould this be a good next plane?

This is not a trainer nor a beginner's plane. While it is not too hard to fly, it takes a fair amount of skill to takeoff and land on grass without nosing over.

Also, slight aileron-rudder coordination makes low speed turns easier.

It flies best in low wind conditions.

In my experience, first flights should be made with the CG at least 1" forward of the rear edge of the center of the upper wing.

If you want to fly a larger scale model, I would reccomend a Piper Cub (maybe the E-Flite Cub) before a larger biplane. As well, the bigger Tiger Moth doesn't dis-assemble easily, and transport is more difficult.
