This is my first pusher UAV just finish build it but I have no information about how to place the machine , should it up or down, or should it go to left or right.
Please see my photo for more clear question.

I would say to start out with straight ahead as far as left right thrust. Leave that at 0 and see what happens. It won't be too far off.
The plane looks pretty short coupled but you have a huge amount of rudder. The plane should be very responsive to yaw and pitch because it will rotate around the engine and prop. Be careful that you don't have too much control throw. It might surprise you how well those control surfaces work in that configuration. My pushers use fairly small control surfaces.
I might start with just a degree or 2 of up thrust but that's all. Your thrust line looks like it's pretty much in line with the center of drag. But the airfoil looks like it is set with zero thrust so a little up will ensure the nose stays up in the test flights without having to use much or any up elevator.
I think the biggest thing to be careful of based on what I see is the short tail coupling and size of control surfaces. I would go pretty easy with those.
Hope this helps and good luck. Let us know how the test flight goes.

Oh,
One more thing. I think the tank is in backwards. The clunk gets forced to the rear of the tank during thrust. The clunk should still go to the rear of flight. We all face our tanks front wise as if the engine is in front. This keeps the internal flow and plumbing working as it should.
