Anybody have any good/bad feedback on the Cirrus CS-21BB Sub-Micro HP servos?

My brother seems to be having problems with them not centering and buzzing, it then drains the Rx battery... but he is not sure it's the servos.

Any comments about these servos?

Thanks!

I have used these servo's for the last year pretty hard in an Art Hobby Falco, my first HLG. I logged many many hours with this plane this year and would say it's had conservatively 200-300 hours of airtime off a hi start. I experienced servo failures on two seperate occasions. Both times the servo's had to be replaced. Both times my supplier covered the cost, both times I was lucky and sustained no damage to the plane.

That said, I built my first DLG this summer and went with a Hitec 55 for the rudder and a hitec 50 for the elevator. I just didn't have the confidence to use the Cirrus 21BB's in a high dollar DLG.

I'm curious what other folks have to share related to the Cirrus 21BB.

Thanks,

Anybody else out there using Cirrus stuff? It seems they are batting about 40% right now... not real encouraging...

I will go ahead and use the Cirrus 21-bb's in the wing and used Hitech 55's fro rud/elevator... at least that way IF something should fail I will be able to get it down...
