Electric class, California Marathon

Just got an entry form for the 2003 California Marathon, May 2-4, 2003 at Baker CA.
The electric class has very simple rules. Airplane weight limit is 12 pounds.
That's it.
Last year a flying wing went 11 miles in 33 min...
