View Full Version : New Product Exellent metal gearbox-from AEO Technology

we are a new model factory specialized in producing all kinds of model and model accessaries designed by experienced experts in this line.

Metal gearbox for single motor shows below was newly produced samples, it takes 24 minutes for completing one product from production line(CNC machine center), it looks good, if it was anodized, I guess it looks more like a art work other than a gearbox.

This metal gearbox , produced with high standard workmanship, is more stuardy and durable than plastic ones. it can double the thrust of motor. it is for motors with diameter of 20mm-26mm, location of holes: M2.5 and M3.0

The gearbox shows below was produced 1 hour ago, it is smooth for finger feeling and looks good for its appearance, we will anode all our the gearboxes that will be produced in the next few days, more pictures and technical data will be posted here

what type and grade of bearings are you using? What gear ratios? What grade of shaft? Max power?

The bearing is 3*6, shaft is 3mm, and gear ratio is 4.2:1, max power for single motor is 175W, Max power for two motors is 300W.

ratios for higher KV motors would be nice. Like 5.6:1 or 6.6:1.

Yes, you are right! the gearbox above is special for these motors by our hand, these motors can be got perfect match with the gearbox.

anyway, we will produce a new kind of metal gearbox with ratio of 5-6:1 or so for 28mm outrunner motors, shaft is 4mm. :D
