Question: What to do?

- 12" hull, same motor
- 12" hull, bigger motor
- 18" hull, same motor
- 18" hull, bigger motor
------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm rebuilding an old boat that i have. It's a little 12"er running a
400 motor with an Msonik eco20 ESC (water cooled) and surface piercing
prop of course. I'm thinking about either rebuilding the ABS hull that
I have now or building a new 18" hull. Question is, how much bigger of
a motor could this ESC handle?

FWIW, I'm running a 600 motor with a 35 Amp ESC in a 22"
hull balsa over foam hull. The motor/ESC were sold as a set
and they seem in line with what I've seen on line.
