Table 8 - Take-offs
1. Normal, remembering the right rudder to keep straight
2. Take off and hold level for speed: climb out in series of half-loops and half-rolls as per Alex Henshaw in Spitfire MkII in book "Sigh for a Merlin"
3. Slow half-roll after lift-off, followed by inverted climb
4. Variation of above: use a 4-point half-roll to inverted
5. Half-roll left, half-roll right, followed by 1/4-loop to vertical line
6. Single or double flick-roll straight after take-off
