Table 7 - Flicks and Spins
1. Spins, both erect and inverted
2. Positive and negative flicks: horizontal, vertical, 45 deg
3. Avalanche - one to 3 flicks
4. Cobra roll: upward slow roll changing to cascade of flicks
5. Vertical flick roll - one only!
6. Falling leaf; alternating half- flicks left and right
7. Zwirbelturm (spiral staircase): start with vertical right roll; add down elevator and left rudder; flatten with left aileron and low motor so model "helicopters" horizontal at top
8. Totem pole: vertical 4-point left roll; +ve right flick; stall turn left; -ve left flick; aileron roll left; recover
9. Multiple flat spin
10. Inverted flat spin
11. Knife-edge to knife-edge flicks and 1.1/2 etc fractional flicks
12. Double negative avalanche: outside loop with 2 flicks
13. Four flicks spaced round loop
