Table 3 - Slow Rolls
1. Left or right, nice and slow in both rotational and air speeds
2. Consecutive right or left rolls
3. Barrel roll
4. Super slow roll
5. Derry turn; eg to turn right, first roll left through inverted
6. Sequential hesitation rolls (2 to 16 points, with alternate odd and even nos of pauses on alternate up-wind and down-wind passes)
7. Vertical roll(s)
8. Aileron turn; dive vertically and roll 90 deg, recovering level at right angles to original heading.
9. Top hat
10. 45 deg climbing/diving 8-point roll
11. Vertical hesitation roll
