I'm confused. You show the Kyosho Surfer Lisa in your eBay auction yet you say that yours is like the Kyosho. Isn't this deceptive advertising?

There are several sellers on ebay marketing a cheaper chinese copy of the Kyosho RC Surfer Dude or Lisa. From friends who have bought one - they are not the same quality and do not perform quite like the original. Some leaks and durability issues. All the sellers have, or are using a photo of the original Kyosho RC Surfer. The videos are usually of highly modified Kyosho Surfers.
Unless it states Kyosho clearly and shows it on the box, surfer and rc gear, it probably ain't.

Seeing how Kyosho discontinued making these, there is now a new demand for them. The video appears to be one from RC Surfer.com. If it is a Chinese rip-off, it should show actual pictures of it. I was interested in one just for a change of pace but I have an idea that it will be coming directly in from the factory as lot of items being mass sold on eBay lately are. Look at all of the Dolphin/Stingray boats as an example. Those things are the worst R/C boats mass-produced yet they sucker bidders into thinking that they will do 55-65 MPH.
Take a look at all of his postings so far as all he is doing is selling stuff on eBay. I've seen this type of advertising before in some of his threads, asking how whatever it is that he's selling and linking ot the auctions that are his!
Be truthful in the ads and not state that it is the actual Surfer Lisa but a cheap knock-off.
