Hi guys!

I am looking for a 2 pin connector for a power supply. (see attached photos). The spacing between the 2 pins is 2mm. Does anyone know which connector would fit or where I should look for one?

Thanks for your help

It's one one them "Molex" type built up conectors. If you don't mind a used one, try looking in a dumpster for an old video recorder and then tear it apart, you are almost guaranteed to find a plug with a couple of wire tails on it!!

The 2 pin pcb plug looks very much like the JST type connectors on tiny servos, and some balance connectors on Li-Po packs.

looks very similair to the fan plugs on my graphics cards

dont know if you have any small pc fans laying around, but that would be worth a look

Thanks everyone: Unfortunately I haven't found the right connector yet.
Does anyone know a online store where I could find these JST or Molex connectors to see how they look like?

Looks like it's a JST XH Series (http://www.jst.co.uk/products/prod_detail.php?item_cat_id=15&KT_index=25&KT_Tot=69&&web_data_group=EXH-D) mating housing would be XHP-2.

JST are normally fairly good with samples, in the UK at least.

Hope that helps.

Radical RC sells batteries with those connectors. Ask Dave if he will sell you connectors only, I bet he will.

Yeah, we found some on old wireless telephone batteries.
But no new ones.

Actually, I found a place which sells those:
http://www.happcontrols.com/gaming/coin_comp/35021400.htm

But they have a minimum $25 order policy so I guess I have to buy 50 of them where I need only 1 :)

The other alternative is to change the whole connector with something easier to find I guess...

Thanks,
Evren

OK. I solved the problem by cutting an XHP-4 adapter in 2, at least it fits quite well and costs almost nothing and fits well enough for my application.
