frequency cahnge

I am not sure if i know right how to change a frequency on my nitro
cars can someone tell me how, what i need and where to get what i need
from.

Depending on what radio you have it might be either a case of changing the
crystals in the transmitter and receiver, which look something like this:

or if your radio is synthesize tuned it can all be done on the radio and
receiver.

Let us know what brand/model of radio you have to simplify things a little.
