This ( http://www.shdesigns.org/lionchg.html) has got to be the easiest, cheapest (about $15-$20 if you use a heatsink), and most versatile charger you can make for the piccoz. (for anything else for that matter imo). Charge the piccoz at 4.35v (to get past the internal diode) at 50 mah (not like the tx which overcharges (at about 3c) and over voltages the poor little guy). Cut the connector off the tx and use with this charger. Easy 1/2 hour of soldering and tinkering to get it put together.
I use mine to charge all my battery's. No balancing connection but i periodically check and have only ever had an unbalanced battery once...and that was just a matter of charging just the underside cell for a few minutes.
To get more info do a search of "shdesign" for more info then you could ever want. or click this link ( http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92475&page=33)

Hello Bill,
regarding the 1st link, its what I use to charge my 1300mA Li-Ion battery for RC car... still thinking wiether to make a direct -charging- connection to the lipo... I just broke the power switch of my smya micro RC... when it fell from about 8ft, it went head first, damaging the said switch...dang! I dont know if this type of switches are sold locally.... maybe I can browse for such SW on cellphone repair shops...

I just soldered on standard connectors to the shdesign charger and then plug in to it whatever i am charging with their original plug. Usually cut from the tx or a jst or deans or whatever.
That charger works great for my piccoz. I have charged down to my 20mah battery for my aerosoarer and up to 2.0 amps 3 cell.
