The link for the windows media version doesn't seem to work. It says the server name is not valid when WMP opens.

The video is pretty good for a live feed, but the audio is horrible. I'm getting mostly high pitched static so I just muted it. The only bad thing about that is that you don't know who it is flying.

Man... After the break most of us didn't get but fractions of video and a lot of blanks... Is there a way to fix this? We can't see our contestants!
Thanx in advance

We will work on the audio. We are right in front of the speaker and it is blasting. We also attempted to go mobile and that was not a good idea, nice try though. :p

Things were humming right along this morning, but now the sound appears to have disappeared.

We had to restart, ghost in the machine. I also adjusted the audio so I think it sounds a lot better.

Yesterday's coverage was probably over before you tried to view. I used the URL and it worked good.

Keep in mind it is in Muncie, Ind. Their time zone is ahead of yours.

I am not sure what time coverage starts today. I just tried at 08:30 Eastern time. It had not stated yet for today. I'll keep trying every hour or so until they begin.

Blue Skies,
Jim

We are up and filming and will not stop until the winners are announced. You will also be able to see the individual routines after the event. We have recorded everything we have shot and the videos will go up throughout the week.
Thanks for watching RCGroups.com LIVE!

Another ghost in the machine this morning or just high usage? Getting lots of stops and starts for some reason?

The server was getting hit pretty hard but everything is rolling now.

What happened to your server? Suddenly it won't connect - was going good 10 min. ago.

We think the cloud cover has something to do with it. The AMA IT guy is on his way. I'm trying other work arounds.

It's back up now - now with audio too. Helis are flying right now.

Jim B. just said that the wind and rain blew away everything that wasn't tied down (speakers, their tent, chairs, etc!).

3:21 EST - Down again (Media Player feed)

I'm going to call it. I think the storm blew out the amplifier we just replaced before the storm. We are continuing to cover the event and will upload video throughout the week.
Thanks to all our viewers and RCGroups.com users.

Mr. Jim T. Graham and partners:
I know I speak for me and all of my fellow modelers here in México (And other countries too) when I say thank you for the live broadcasting of the XFC (And you know well how many of us from the international community were there online). You and your crew took us near our competitors as hardly anyone else could. You're the kind of person who makes this site close personal, unique and warm welcoming.
Keep with this good work. Ever since I and a lot of us discovered this web site, think twice before consulting any other RC related websites.
Best regards to all the radiocontrol community.
Greetings from México.

To Oliver and all of Team Mexico
It was very cool to have Team Mexico at the XFC and also to interact with our RCGroups.com Mexico forum users live online. Manuel and I have known each other since last year and Carlos was a gentleman (he also has an twin - inside joke). Thanks for watching the live feed and being a part of RCGroups.
VIVA MEXICO!
