ASSAN design a new 12V on-board Glow Starter,this unit provide voltge to heat the Glow Plug,it's a micro controller switch system.The advance design is:
1) wide input voltage range, 6~18v
2) in input polarity protection
3) output short circuit protection.
which means it's easy to use the car battery as power in the outside, you don't need worry about the battery's voltage too low to heat the glow plug as your used 1.2v starter before;
the output short circuit protection make you feel easy too, it's behaviour not as other brand DC-DC starter will dead when short the output careless.
so, it's a reliable and trusty on-board Glow Starter.
