You can contact the maker of the servo if it's a replacment for one you have. If you are looking for them in general, old and dead servos seem to be behind every LHS counter I've seen. Maybe they can let you use one. Other than that, general electronic suppliers sell many different kinds of pots.

I have purchased pots for Futaba servos from Great Planes. You need to call them and order by phone.
