What are the ports of usb? and how to control the remote control through the usb?

Hi how are things going?!

I will like to know 2 things please:

1) what are the ports of usb?(that control in (in & out) remote control)

2) how to control the remote control of helicopter
that connected to the USB !
(and what are the commands to control?)

Because I want to control the remote control by the language c.
(#include<stdio.h>....void main...) you know what I mean!!
for my project in college!
