Resistor spec for anti spark -12S lithium

I would be grateful if somebody can tell me what spec resistor to use for an anti-spark connector for 12S lithium/CC85HV...

Schulze also say not to do it - the initial connection results in the ESC making a voltage measurement, on which many of its subsequent parameters are based - using a resistor to avoid the spark will throw this measurement out. Regarding the spark - they said just to ignore it and replace burnt contacts as necessary.
