SoaringUSA and F3X don't have it, but I was told that someone in the U.S. carries it.

Good F3b planes tend to do that. I have heard good things about the Tool from Tom Kiesling one of team USAs F3b pilots. The wing to fuse matting and ballasting is a mess though.

Oh yeah---Don't even THINK about changing ballast easily--- and if you had to repair it--what a nightmare.
KISS method isn't one of their features.-- But if it's fast--it will sell!

The strongest feeling wing/fuse interface I have ever fondled...maidened mine yesterday at the slope, very promising. I've heard concerns regarding ballast changes and complexity but I think they are un-founded, the plane goes together very easily. jwf
