FMS help please..............

Guys, the upper tool bar dissappears on me after I hit several keys trying to find the restart key. I had to uninstall and reinstall, just did it again, can you tell me how to get the upper toolbar back?
And which key is the restart? I'm using the Esky controller.

Hit F12 to toggle the top menu on and off, hit I to restart.

Operation of FMS
Keyboard allocation
I Flight initialize (runway)
W Winch launch
R Hand launch
G Increase Throttle
V Full Throttle
B Decrease Throttle
H Zero Throttle
A Display (speed, height)
C Chase mode
+ Zoom to the aeroplane
- Zoom out
Z Automatic zoom
P Pause
U Aeroplane indestructibly
Pilot position:
8 Move towards the aeroplane
2 Move away from the aeroplane
6 Move to the right of the aeroplane
4 Move to the left of the aeroplane
9 Move upwards
3 Move downwards
F12 Hide / show the menu
ESC Finish
