Yes, definitely going - have been there for last two years and as long as the weather plays ball it’s a terrific day out.
For my money I would have liked the flightline a bit closer to the audience, but these days, when people sue at the drop of a hat, I suppose they have to keep a safe gap - especially when they crank up the turbine jets.
The guy doing the commentating is a laugh – he goes off on weird verbal ramblings sometimes, last year he was debating what the difference was between a rook and a crow!!
The shop stands are really good for picking up a bargain, last year I picked up a BP21 outrunner, 18Amp programmable controller and a couple of GWS 8x4.3 slowfly blades for £20. That’s now flying my GWS P-51 with loads of grunt!

Just got back from W&W, damp and rather windy, but still a fun visit - got all the stuff I needed to complete my current project. Also picked up a E-Sky V3 Lama helicopter, one of those co-axial twin rotas - all complete for £54.
Some flying going one, but with the wind and rain - not so enjoyable to stand there watching it all, though the jets are always impressive!!!! :)

damn - 54 pounds??? i spent over a hundred with mine i think when i got mine!
shame about the weather. i've always enjoyed it there....
i have a few (real) airshows planned this year starting with waddington this coming weekend but i'm not sure now because of the weather. but i hope RIAT will be excellent and that it'll be sunny as that's the main one i'm going to!
