Traxxas Emaxx parts ques ?!

Juz got myself some new CVD from ebay after breaking too many plastic stock ones. Unfortunately they seems to be abit too long (160mm long tip to tip, dogbone is abt 120mm) although it was stated they r for emaxx. Emailed them but no reply yet.

The shaft is about 5-10mm too long to fit into my emaxx. Now i'm wondering if they have send me the CVD for the 2.5 or 3.3 tmaxx. Or can i change to 2.5/3.3 tmaxx upper and lower arm to solve my problem?

yup, sounds like they might be for the 3.3 t-maxx. 2.5 t-maxx and e-maxx are compatible. I believe you could buy 3.3 arms and steering turnbuckles to make it a Wide-Maxx (ya know... upgrade).
But if they advertised them for an E-maxx then that would be false advertisment.
