Reason for slingshot board for C/G models is as follows-. Allot of times Chuch gliders come up short in predictions of C/G because many times the chucker makes auto. corrections in launch toss. Think about it you want the thing to fly therfore auto corrections are made at hand. Anyboby who has flowen a H.L.G knowes that a tip of hand or twist of wrist can change flite path. I have heard a number of people say that hand chuck CG ,s are off Experince says that repeatable results are best obtained by a good consistant launch. All my C/G gliders maaybe 35 have yeiled good C/G . starting points. Always rember however a little noseheavey is O/K for 1st flite if air craft is to tailheavey then you can allways do better on youre next airplane.
