Hello,

I am using pendulum method described in attached picture to calculate the moment on inertia of my model (Liberty trainer). But I don't seem to be reaching close to the actual values of inertias (I used a known body to validate the method). Can anyone suggest me any proven method for small aeromodels?

a good news.. after three days of trial and error... I could finally acquire correct values of Inertia. But still I am looking to try out other methods as well... anyone propose anything proven ?

You could draw a 3D model with autocad and and it will give you your inertial tensor by using the massproperties command.
From which book did you read the miller method?
