Hello all. I don't know if I'm in the right place, but I thought someone might like to hear about my recent modifications to the Guillows styro space shuttles. Looking around at the other threads, I think I'm in over my head though. Still, this is the closest place I can find for what I am doing.
Anyway, here are some pics of 2 of the foam shuttle gliders I have modified to look like other shuttles. I will post flight pics when I get em.
The star of the post is this modification I did of the Russian Space Shuttle Buran. I did some carving of the styrofoam and freehand painting.
In one of the shots you will notice my styro MOONRAKER shuttle from the James Bond movie.
I hope I'm not cluttering up your forum with these, but they came out looking pretty good I think. Anyway, enjoy!
