I Hate to tell you this but the hull is a total loss. This is comming from a guy that has repaired many real boats, cars and camper shells that were made out of fiberglass. Dont fear tho there is hope yet... For about $40-80 you can buy a new hull for your boat and all you have to do is swap a few parts over. OK you have to swap all the parts over but at least that is not that hard to do, and it is alot easier than trying to rebuild over 1/2 of that hull and then get the boat balanced right again. Check with horizon, of even go on E-bay if you dont have a LHS that can order this hull for you. If you dont mind mail order I know of some one that has this hull on their shelf waiting for you to buy it. http://www.debbiesrcworld.com/ The hull is not on the website so you will have to give them a call but it was there last week when I was shopping there. Sorry for your loss I wrecked my Miss Elam last summer and ended up buying a new hull for her as well. Oh yea you will need to replace the rubber boots that the control rods go through the old ones will not come out with out tearing.
Good luck

I don't really know anything about high speed boats, so don't take this the wrong way. How did you crash it?

OUCH! That hull is a total loss, guy, all the king's horses and men can't do a credible job of making a durable repair on that one.
Go with what Massey said, and simply replace it. :)

Well I was running wide open down the back stretch of the lake and the off /on switch went bad and from that point I had no control of the boat..............

Here is what my boat looked like after my crash. Not as bad as what you did but I still replaced the hull.
I have more pics of the repair if you want to see. I still have the hull but I didnt finish the repair as of yet and I am not sure that I am going to.
