Guys ... my motors and ESCs arrived today. Its from a company called DualSky ... I got myself a whole batch of ESCs from HV 90A ones to 100A 6S ones, motors for .70 size, 1.10 size, 1.40 size and 1.60 size. Purchasing directly from factory is very cheap!

Here is the biggest motor its the 1.60 class, turning up to a 23x11 prop giving a peak of 2,450W @ 70A. The ESC is a 90A HV type (up to 12S). They both look great so its time to start on my big planes projects!

1st plane is a Comp ARF 2x2 ... seems that I will get a 13.5 lbs AUW in EP configuration. Batts will be the Flight Power 5S2P 5,000 mAh in series. I hope to get about 140W/lb for this plane as I will not be doing 3D (actually I don't 3D well at all!)

2nd plane is a MidWest CAP 232 ... I think she will touch about 14-15 lbs AUW. Same set up as the Extra. I think I can get about 160W/lb for this baby.

More pictures to come when its ready!

Nice tIANci! How do you order direct from the manufacturer?

Waste - tell them you want to try out some samples, but then you do have to but quite a bit to justify them selling to you direct. I got 5 motors, 6 ESCs and some other accessories. :) But for me I have a very small hobby business too. Even if you don't Chinese manufacturers are always looking for business opportunities ... again maybe I am Chinese too helps! Hahahahaa ... if you think United Hobbies is cheap, wait till you purchase direct!
