there is a design for a 35Mhz. receiver in this (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=599519) thread.Is it possible to convert this receiver for operation on 27Mhz. What LC values should be changed in order to achieve this frequency?

Yes, You can... Actually, lot of current computer wireless mouse use 27Mhz FM
and you can take a look if you have one.
