I find it increasingly irritating to have to scroll down, past forums such as electric control line, to get to slow flers. Since this is the growingest segment of the e flight hobby, could it be moved upwards in the column of forums? Thank you, Mr Bourke, for your consideration.Best Regards

Jim,
I agree; so far I've worn out two mouse-balls scrolling up & down, up & down on the Forums menu.
Both mouse-balls have now become cylindrical.

It must be odd having such very limited interests and then wanting things arranged for your personal convenience. You could always try RC Microflight where they don't cover anything but slow fliers.
Personally I think alphabetic order is the most logical. Otherwise why shouldn't they be in the order of things that I'm interested in ? Which means C/L and Sport at the top, Pylon and Slow Flight at the bottom and Foamies in the next universe http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/smile.gif.
BTW I would imagine that Foamies are the fastest growing area of EFlight. That's certainly true in my, mainly IC, clubs. Slow Flight only works indoors for most of the year cus it's way too windy normally. If you look at the message count on the forums you'll find Slow is some way behind both Foamies and Helicopters.
Would it perhaps make you feel better if "Control Line" was renamed "U-Control" (wasn't that what it was called in the US ?). You'd be one line further from the bottom ? http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/smile.gif

Hooper started it by commenting on his mouse balls.

Maybe the forums in the "Electric Flight Topic" categories chould be sorted according to the numbers of posts in each forum.
...or you could just buy a bigger monitor. http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/wink.gif

Tim, this sounds like a serious problem you have here. Perhaps you should take it easy on the "scrolling up & down, up & down" part! http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/wink.gif

I would like to see the Slowfly forum up top too, but I may be biased a little! http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/wink.gif
If you go by just posting numbers, we still don't cut the mustard, but are darn close!
There will be times when a craze(LS and Zagi) will seem to take over a forum, but it will pass.
It could be a rotating type thing as forums go through phases. Heck, even helis has passed Slowfly now! http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/eek.gif

Jeez Bleriot, how'd you ever make it all the way to the bottom of the page to Administrative ? You might need ice on that mouse finger ! http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/smile.gif
Maybe it would be alittle better if Electric Flight topics were put above General Discussion ?
Ezone must be in pretty good shape if this all we have to complain about... ha

I think we really need a few more "Smilies" to choose from. They allow a bit more expresion here. Marks CWM27 took a hike this morning! It must be the weight from being down so far under all the other posts. I'll bet with all that weight on them his mouse balls got compression damage! Ouch!! http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/eek.gif
Update: Oh No, Crack's site has had problems!

I once had a couple girls make the same claim to me, I proved 'em wrong. And there's NO WAY the moderators here would let me get away with explaining how http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/wink.gif

This is not a criticism of the playful banter in this thread (and several others), but why is this allowed when a posting of mine was censored for using the word "**** ". A 4 letter word for passing gas in case it was censored again. I realize the need to keep this a decent forum, but how about being reasonable and consistent in your efforts to keep it so. Thanks, Dave C.

Because the software automatically catches certain words, but it isn't smart enough to filter out content.
