Relay control from Rc radio

Anyone know of any simple non pic circuits for turning relays on/off from your hobby radio?

busted servo.

Remove motor (and gear train) and replace with relay in series with a diode.

Adjust servo output arm till it works correctly.

Remove output servo arm and glue shaft in place.

Another good suggestion, and probably easier to find a busted servo than order the parts for the other one.
