Can anyone suggest a source for a new pinion? I'm mounting a custom wind Hacker B20S that has a 2.3mm shaft. It looks like the stock pinion is a 48p, 9t. I'd like to stick with that, but of course have one reamed for 2.3mm. I already wrecked my stock one, so I need a new one.

It seems like that 48p 9tooth pinion that comes with the PH is getting really close to the limit of a 2mm motor shaft. It doesn't look like there's any room to drill it out to 2.3mm. It would be great to find out how this might done. I have been wondering about doing the same thing with a Lehner brushless. Might need to switch to a smaller pitch gear setup but that would entail switching the meshing gear.

I don't know. I was able to drill it out without running out of material, I just drilled it crooked.
