So far this contest has launched two new planes, the FBG and the Bantam, any more lurking out there?
I was thinking of doing one, but can't decide if I would build a hi tech 100 inch or a low tech 100. A hi tech one would be a 100 inch version of my Dancing Hippo, with maybe a bagged wing. A low tech would be an all wood no carbon any where using the wing I submitted to Todd for consideration for his FBG. I had designed it as and update OLY II using my own airfoil I called it my FUBAR 100.
I really like the idea of a design contest with some constraints, the 100 inch is good, and I like the $150, less and you almost force a woody, more and it doesn't limit much.
