Are there and instructions out there for making a muffler?
I have an old Fox engine size 25 to 35 (not sure) no writing on the engine.
Fox does not make the muffler for this engine any more.
It screws in from the muffler side into the engine exhaust port.
The spacing of the holes center to center is 1 and 1/16.
I think it has to have a flat end to butt up against the exhaust port. Any help would be appreciated.

Try www.bristunt.50megs.com

They are control line specialists but can supply a tounge muffler for the fox 35. With the current value of the Aussie dollar you could get a great deal.

You could try other control line specialists in your part of the world as the fox engines are still reasonably popular with the control line stunt fraternity.:)

I found an old muffler in the junk box. I ground off all the nibs.
drilled two holes near the end of the muffler near where the nibs were and an using an adjustable metal hose clamp going around the engine and connected to the muffler via the screw holes.
Works grea.
Thanks all for your help.
