hi everyone

We know you must be so busy now. However, if you give me a minute, you would be satisfied with your decision.

We are so pleased to introduce HOTGEAR Co., which has been manufacturing and developing the servo models for RC for several yours in South Korea, to you.

We would like to let you know about newly developed Mini Servo(Model : HG-250) and Micro Servo(Model : HG-200) made from all carbon gears which prove anti-noise, anti-external impact and accuracy. And we also have a standard Analogue Servo(Model : HG-550HB) and a standard Digital Servo(Model : HGD-850CT). All other conditions are the same with Mini and Micro Servos. Moreover, we assure dramatic duration of these.

HOTGEAR Servo had been tested and accepted over 1,000,000 cycling in various bad conditions. It is adopted originality mechanical coupling against outside vibration and long life potentiometer. It is also taken by glossy finish gear shaft(vibration barrel polisher).
The Servos combines FUTABA type and adopted JR-type connector for most use. We considered, designed and made it for special models that needs light weight.

HOTGEAR researches and develops to make more light and small servos, biped human robot, electric speed controller, charger, boat, car.

Hobby City carries some of the HG (HGD) line of servos....so does rc-tech I think. Google is your best bet
I have their 760 series servos in my Swift 16 heli BTW and they seem to be holding up fine so far

I have a few HGD250 and two of them have very loose gears. So loose they oscillate and are unusable. The ones that work, work well.

Anyone know where to get gears?
