Blue-arrow R3P4-J surface conversion ??

hello I have a Blue-arro micro 4 channel 72Mhz, rx and I really want to convert it to surface use for my 1/18 rc bike conversion project. is this even possible ?

I am also gonna contact castle about the possibility of converting the berg micro stamp to surface use.

any help will be appreciated
