Hi Guys

I understand to use the robostix controller i need to hack my rc receiver so that it outputs raw muxed data, so i can collect on 1 pin.

Im worried that this will limit my choice of R/C receiver. I need something that is small and lightweight.

Ive been looking at the following
http://www.rctoys.com/rc-toys-and-parts/CC-BERG4L/RC-PARTS-RADIO-RECEIVERS.html

any ideas if this can be hacked?
or any other suggestions

Ben

I hacked into some of the newer Futaba receivers. Don't know about the Bergs. Do you have any links to info about the robostix interfacing with r/c?

modles,
On the berg4L(the one not coated in goo right?) the pin is in the very corner of the RC receiver, I think on the bottom. This is done with paparazzi, the wiki explains that its the PPM signal that needs to be picked up, but no picture of where on the 4L. You can use a scope to pick the pin and make sure that the square waves shift around as you move all the channels.
