Nice looking truggy, but why would Jammin design and build a new 1/12 scale
truggy unless they're trying to introduce a new scale racing class to the
world. Otherwise its only really good for bashing.

Tower hobbies has it for $419.00 That alot for a mini with no motor or
radio. I wonder how much the RTR will be. Hopefully not alot more. I
will stick with my Schumacher Rascal RTR with .18 motor only 2wd but
runs on a track as well as 1/10 scale truck for only $320.00 Rob

I almost bought a Rascal but the 2WD + .18 on a micro seemed to spell huge
traction issues in my opinion. Does it hook up decent in hard-packed
blue-groove dirt?

You took the words right outta my mouth bud. There are a pile of 1/18 and
1/16 nitros out there.......................but 1/12? What the hell? Cool
looking truggy but c'mon OFNA!

For that price, you could almost get a real 1/8 scale truggy and have
other people to race with. Or, you could get a GT2 and live with 2WD
for 1/3 the price and also have other people to race with.
I wonder what they were thinking.

I actually kind of like it. I think 1/12 is a great size for a new RC. Not
TOO small but still compact. It makes for another option for those who
already have other scale models. Ofna is introducing new scale classes like
this one, and like the 1/7th scale http://ofna.com/dm1-pro.html. Figure on
prices dropping as the items "newness" wears off.
I imagine eventually all the scale sizes will be covered before it's over
and done with.
