This is a Brand New never seen water or power. I have not even bench tested it . it is 80% already assembled all you need to do is build the biker dude and paint him, attach the decalsand add radio equipment. Comes with a home-made boat stand (no stand came with the kit) the I painted the hull white instead of the factory scheme of yellow. and comes with an extra 600 motor from my motor supply
