UH orders missing? Good Experience after all.

Created two orders on 2/10 with one item each. Batteries were in stock.
This was before the new year time off.

Orders DO NOT appear on my Order History and Status page.

Paypal was charged for both orders.

Is this normal for the orders to not appear?

No reply to my email sent on 2/26 yet but I figure that may take another week.

So far I have sent emails on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday without a reply.

I have also put two disputes through PayPal.

If I could only see my orders on their website. :mad:

PayPal dispute worked. Someone replied within 15 minutes.
One item already refunded and the other one they say is posted. (whatever that means???)

I reordered the refunded item and WOW the order shows up on the Check Orders page.

More news:
I received a reply to my first email that was sent on Monday.
One order was shipped on 2/15 and the other order is lost.
Lost order was refunded yesterday so things are looking good.

Received several email updates. They seem to be running at least a week behind.

Received one order today that was shipped 2/14. ( one day under 3 weeks. )
No problem with that. Just wish the orders were listed on the website so I would have known that it was shipped.

Lost order was found and said to be on backorder. Website still shows positive number.

Third order has arrived and all is well.

Note: The two batteries have two different types of balancing connectors.
This does cause issues for me. Just need to find the right addaptor.
