Yup, I built an E-Patriot. Well, actually it is sorta a Patriot but the lines are close. I enlarged the canopy so I could have a bigger hatch and made a one piece elevator.

For power I am using a JustGoFly 450TH and 1800 mah 20C lipo. This thing screams! I have only a couple of flights on it so far but it flys so much better than other park jets that I have had. The tractor configuration just provides more control. Especially at slow speeds.

Now, I know this is not a pusher but I think if some one with better skills with CAD could come up with some plans that would be nice. I don't know if I can build it like this again. Plus, its just a really nice park-jet.

Span: 28"
Length: 30"
Tail Span: 12"
All control surfaces are 3/4" wide
AUW is 16 oz.
1.5" spinner

Beautiful plane you got there. Pm me if you want your parts converted to CAD.

Just 1 question. Are you sure its a "Jet" ? Not to burst your bubble but when we say Park Jet we dont mean a jet fast plane, we mean a plane that actually looks like a jet plane or is knowed to be propeled by Jet (not turboprop mind you ;)) power.

To counter your argument I have never seen a real Funjet, Twinjet, Stryker, Bobcat, or Bandit. They are all make believe planes much like the Patriot. The only similarities between them is that the prop is mounted on the back. There are plenty of nitro models out there that are sorta scale jets that mount the engines on the nose. We'll just call mine a turbo-prop. Those are still turbine and time in those count towards total turbine time just as much as turbo-jet as far as the airlines are concerned. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it ;).

I like that comment, and I like your plane, hope you will post some plans / or drawings.
Are you a pilot going toward an airline career or are you already flying the big stuff - your user name "alpa-" makes me wonder....
