More readings on on two combinations. The Razor 2500 in the GWS fan on a 3s TP 2200 extremes gave me 205W at 18 A. Took the nacelles and cut it down about 1/2 inch taped it with the XF fan and the Ls motor in it. fired it up with the same pack and got 200 W at 17A. Pretty much the same but for a probably higher exit velocity, since the ducting is cut down.Joe

I like what I've heard about the XF.. Thinking about sticking two in an F-14..

Very cool, thanks for the data. Is that data for one fan or both fans combined?

The data is for one fan only. Both can take 4s packs. The question is whether the extra weight is worth it?I am always looking for that sweet spot between power and weight. Of interest is the fact that my glassed A10 at 28oz flies great with an enlarged nacelle to take the alfa fan, with Razor 300s and at only 110W per motor on a 3s Tp 2070 extr. pack.Joe Corsair i am following your build. You are going about it the hard way by adding the extra foam on the nacelles to keep it more scale looking.
