I originally bought this for my own UAV project, pretty much before I knew much what I was doing. In the end this computer is really overkill for what I need. I decked it out with 64MB of ram and 200MB of onboard flash memory (flash-based, I should say, but to the OS it looks just like a harddrive - it's Disk-on-Chip memory). So it has the potential to do some pretty robust computing/data capture, but more than I need.
I've seen some of the ambitious projects some of you have contemplated, for which a full blown, 100Mhz PC could be useful. So, take a look if you want.
